At CURAH Travel, our goal is to design seamless, personalized journeys tailored to your needs. To provide the highest level of service, we charge professional planning fees that cover consultation, research, custom itinerary design, supplier coordination, and support before and during your travels.
We reserve the right to waive fees as a courtesy or promotion.
Standard Trip (Single Destination / Simple Itinerary): $100 per trip
Complex Trip (Multi-Destination / Custom Planning): $250 per trip
Signature Journeys (Highly Customized Experiences): $400 per trip
Fees are per household/travel party, not per traveler.
Domestic Flights (U.S. & Canada): $25 per person
International Flights: $50 per person
Waived when flights are included as part of a full vacation package.
Pricing for groups of 6+ travelers is customized and quoted based on group size and complexity.
Trip Revisions: 2 complimentary changes; $50 per change thereafter
Cancellations: $50 administrative fee (Non-CURAH Africa) per booking, in addition to any supplier penalties. $250 administrative fee for CURAH Africa Luxury Safaris.
Fees are collected at the time of engagement and are non-refundable.
Planning fees are separate from the cost of travel.
Some services (such as visas, concierge experiences, or travel insurance) may carry additional fees if requested.

In most cases, air ticketing fees are waived when included in a full vacation package. From time to time, we also run promotions where planning fees are waived entirely.
